This biltong was an accident. After one a member of our team incorrectly combined the marinade (for another flavor) we decided, "hey this tastes pretty good..." added some sriracha and the result was great! Try it if you like teriyaki and/or spicy sriracha. These strips give you 32 grams protein per bag and are DELICIOUS!
