Mushroom Jerky in air dried, unique flavors. Small batch. Hand made (mostly).

Farm to Chef to Cabinet to Snacks

Our Mushroom Jerky starts with three types of shrooms- shiitake, white button and portabello. We use local NJ farms, and a tight-knit dedicated team.

The flavors and textures are rich enough for even meat eaters. We have the right bit of chew, tenderness and spice. More flavors to come! Enjoy and thanks for trying us out!

Keeping Tradition Alive

Willow Street Snacks is located in the back of a 70 year old wholesale meat purveyor. Our mushroom jerky takes the umami flavor found naturally in mushrooms, and maximizes it.

We use slow circulating air to dry them, then carefully pack them to preserve their appearance.

Our facility and method are lots of hand done, small batches.

Ordering is currently disabled while we revamp our line/ make more product. Please check back soon.

Everything Bagel Mushroom Jerky

Our savory flavor of our triple mushroom, umami blend. Shiitake, white button and portabello are air dried with sesame seed oil, and lots of everything bagel seasoning.

Our story

Located in Trenton, NJ, 'Willow St. Snacks' started when a few coworkers got together. All of us work in a wholesale meat supplier which also has a commercial kitchen. Our name is an ode to the street where we all convene. Mostly to work, but we also like to shoot the sh!t whenever we can.

After working on projects for various jerky and biltong brands, we decided we should make our own! We’ve had a great run as a beef biltong company. 4 years of learning, and perfecting recipes.

But, it’s time for us to evolve, and time to give the cows a break, (inflation, etc). We now focus on the shroom side of things. 3 more flavors to come.

Thanks for visiting our site, and for learning more about us.

If you're ever in the area, come down and visit! You’ll get the grand (used to be biltong) now mushroom tour.
